cleaning supervisor
Working hours

Responsibility
- feedback to the Operations Manager any issues arising from requests from local stakeholders regarding structures adjacent to their business
- to adhere to all requests and amends made by the CEC, Fringe society and stake holders
- maintain cleaning kit, ensure all team members are equipped and have been given kit specific training
- ensure OOH’s maintenance app is used to log tasks
- supervise the staffing and related shift patterns as the project progresses through its different stages. This will involve planning routes for the clean team in order to cover all four advertising zones
- to ensure that you are conversant with and have a working knowledge of Health and safety relating to manual handling, PPE, working in public places etc
Requirements
- A proven ability to run or supervise operations in an efficient manner with very tight deadlines
- strong communication skills
- A working understanding of Health and Safety and conversant with the creation of Risk Assessments
- ability to plan and supervise a team’s workload and tasks
- A full clean driving licence
- understanding of outdoor advertising
- experience of working in the arts and music industry
- experience working within the construction industry
