  • ensure OOH’s maintenance app is used to log tasks
  • supervise the staffing and related shift patterns as the project progresses through its different stages. This will involve planning routes for the clean team in order to cover all four advertising zones
  • to ensure that you are conversant with and have a working knowledge of Health and safety relating to manual handling, PPE, working in public places etc

Requirements

  • A proven ability to run or supervise operations in an efficient manner with very tight deadlines
  • strong communication skills
  • A working understanding of Health and Safety and conversant with the creation of Risk Assessments

Responsibility

  • responsible for checking POs from Production against what is arriving in the Warehouse from the printing company
  • assist with the Staff Induction through working closely with the Lead Systems Developer and Operations manager to explain the Scanning App and flow of information into the warehouse and onto the advertising structures
  • prep correx poster board to go out a day in advance through liaising with the Senior Build Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure picking lists are following the progress occurring in the field
  • ensure all Risk assessments and method statements relative to the warehouse activity are adhered to, up to date and fit for purpose
  • ensuring the safe unloading and loading of advertising product from our suppliers, into the warehouse and then into our company vehicles
  • supervising OOH’s stock of tools and equipment and ensuring all teams have what they need for the day’s jobs through liaising with the Build Supervisors
  • assisting with the project disassembly by ensuring all equipment is returned and packed ready to be returned to Bristol or our local suppliers
