Responsibility

  • meet greet and respond to any customer / visitor enquiries, ensuring Reception is maintained to required company standards
  • assist with the tracking and courier collections/delivery when necessary, including the courier labelling
  • comply with Staff handbook and H&S manual and ensure vehicle logging is carried out correctly
  • liaise with other staff to ensure the smooth running of each department and company as a whole
  • handle telephone and email enquiries, establishing needs and transferring to correct dept, taking and relaying full and correct messages when necessary
  • any other reasonable task required to ensure the success of Out of Hand
  • comply with all health and safety requirements

Responsibility

  • full time position
  • £22,100 to £26,000 depending upon experience, plus benefits
  • 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • day-to-day minor repair and cleaning of billboards, including damage and graffiti
  • 42.5 hours
  • be part of the team to build new poster frames and poster sites on hoardings
  • ensure proof of posting/placement for all distributed materials and complete client reports in a timely fashion
  • undertake delivery/multi-drop work as and when required - this is required to provide support to other areas of our business

Requirements

  • full, clean driving licence, you will be provided with a work van

  • good communication skills
  • experience in general maintenance work, including painting with decorating experience
  • out of Hand, Hebron House, Sion Rd, Bedminster, Bristol, BS3 3BD
  • basic carpentry skills
  • proven ability of your experience
  • experience working up ladders, including Ladder Training Certification
