posting jobs both internally and externally to promote our vacancies
maintenance of records on our online applicant tracking system, including adding applications to our live job folders
diarising key events for the Recruitment team, such as payroll deadlines and new joiner induction dates
general recruitment admin support to the wider Recruitment team, including team meeting agenda, organising agency briefings and room bookings
