- we are The Original Pasty House – with two restaurants set in the heart of Tavistock & Plymouth
- our philosophy is simple; great tasting freshly made food & drinks, a warm and welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service
- during COVID we started the Original Burger House and our hope is to now grow the sales
- we have an exciting opportunity to join our Burger Team as a Kitchen Manager and Cook in our Tavistock shop
- 40 hours a week over 4 days
- over the last 12 months our business has expanded rapidly, and we are now seeking an enthusiastic cook/chef who has a passion for burgers and street food to join us in taking these exciting new ventures forward and ensure the smooth running of the shifts, the cleanliness standards stay high and the food quality remains consistently high
- the candidate will be overseeing and managing a team of staff on shifts, cooking food to a high standard, ensuring the kitchen is kept at a 5 star hygiene standard, keeping on top of GP, paperwork and actively growing our sales
- shifts will include evenings and weekends, burgers will run between 3pm - 9pm Wednesday to Saturday. The right candidate will be able to work 4 shifts per week, 40 hours per week. Overtime is available
