Responsibility
use cleaning machinery including floor buffers and carpet cleaners
monitor and advise on stock usage, ordering stock as and when required
undertake cleaning and stocking duties as required, to meet the site needs
supervise sites you are on, ensuring work is completed to an agreed schedule and to required standards
observe all safety procedures and instructions and assist in maintaining a safe workplace and reporting any accidents, hazards, near misses, damages or defects to tools and equipment to the appropriate person
train and advise teams on the efficient and effective use of cleaning equipment and chemicals considering COSHH regulations
complete and maintain relevant records accurately and on time
be the point of contact for cleaners with any personnel queries, dealing with or referring to the correct person

Responsibility
to be a key holder for the premises, locking or unlocking as required, always ensuring the safety and security of the premises
ensure that cleaning equipment are maintained in a clean, tidy and safe condition
wear appropriate protective equipment and use any safety devices provided by the company at the relevant times
act responsibly in relation to all matters which may affect the Health and Safety of yourselves and others whilst on Company premises, customers’ premises and travelling between sites, and to adhere to safety regulations at all times
act as a ‘hands on’ lead and front-line supervisor to enable the cleaning team to deliver a high-quality service, and be the point of contact between the team and the supervisor
