- we are looking for an IT Compliance and Privacy Officer to ensure that our operational and business processes are conducted in compliance with internal and external policies, industry standards, and legal obligations
- this role plays a crucial part in upholding our company's reputation for reliability, integrity, and trust amongst our B2B and end consumer customers
- lead and facilitate external audits and assessments, liaising with auditors and ensuring timely resolution of any identified issues
- develop, implement, and maintain the IT compliance and privacy program to ensure company adherence to legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and procedures
- draft and review policies, procedures, and other documentation to ensure compliance with established standards and legal requirements
- report on compliance and privacy activities and issues to Head of IT Operations and executive management
