  • fixed shift pattern - Night shift, starting shift rate, £17,972 based on active working hours and includes £40 sleep-in rate
  • shift Pattern - Permanent Days & Nights
  • we operate several 24/7 Supported Accommodation and several floating support step-down homes for children and young people across Northampton, who are transitioning to leaving care and full independence
  • we are looking for a full-time Residential Support Worker to join our growing team to enhance our commitment to providing high quality support to young people to develop their independence and life skills in a dynamic and caring environment
  • we are a friendly and professional team that brings a family feeling into our workplace, where we support young people either in a fully staffed home or in a shared step-down house
