- we are looking for a Senior HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes

Requirements
- proven working experience of an experienced HR Manager or above, ideally in a tec inTech or startup/scale up environment
- experience of working across multiple locations, with a remote/hybrid workforce
- people oriented and results driven
- demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- knowledge of HR systems and databases, knowledge of Lever and UpRaise a plus
- the ability to spot opportunities to automate and improve efficiencies that will allow us to scale faster
- ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
