we are a supported living organisation who specialise in providing bespoke packages of support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs who wish to live in the community in their own home
to support the young man in his chosen activities
to complete daily paperwork and reports accurately when necessary
to be familiar and act in accordance with Orbis support policies and procedures and systems
to promote advisable independence ensuring that the service provided reflects their views, wishes, and opinions of those supported

conduct supervisions & annual appraisals for designated service managers
ensure multidisciplinary teamwork is embedded in your designated services with support from the MD/DoS
support the service manager to ensure training/competencies for support staff are up to date. Overseeing service managers training & competencies
complete end of month payroll checks as directed by DoS & produce month end reports for operations manager
provide care & support in accordance with current best practices, according to P&Ps, agreed standards, legislative requirements, & relevant regulations under the direction of the MD/DoS
be part of the recruitment process for new service managers. To induct & mentor new managers in to the role
