Responsibility
planning and executing regular maintenance across services within region to ensure safety, functionality and appearance
managing budgets for region related expenses, repairs, resource allocation and equipment purchases
ensure the team comply with environmental regulations
ensuring full compliance with safety regulations are implemented
developing emergency response plans to address unforeseen events
provide regular reports on the estate department performance, costs and any potential issues
maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories/condition and repair history
provide training and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
