Responsibility
- measuring and cutting a variety of tiles, for Bathroom pods and Modular pods
- mixing and grouting to a variety of specifications
- following a plan, from technical drawings, in order to tile to specific requirements from the customer
- using spacers within the corners of tile work
- ensuring that all targets are met, to maintain scheduled manufacturing
- ensure that all works are manufactured in accordance with drawings and specifications
- opus Vitae are currently searching for multiple Tiler's to join a prestigious business based in the Telford area. The role is based on Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. Pay starts at £15.75, with any hours completed over 40 is paid at time & a half
Requirements
- previous experience as a tiler at a professional level
- tiler Certificate
- use of tools e.g. tile cutters, nippers and manual and powered grinders
- working at Height training certificate
- must have a high level of experience working with technical drawings
- be able to work at height e.g. using steps and A-frame ladders
- tile Setting: 1 year
- tiling: 1 year
