Responsibility
- lead Testing Programme to undertake end-to-end testing of new software developments including regression testing of legacy platforms
- definition and documentation of the test approach, test strategy, user acceptance test scripts and the test entry and exit criteria
- create and manage the defect Log
- chair the daily test meetings and manage defect resolution
- report the test entry & exit criteria
- work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- coordination with teams across the business
- manage and oversee the performance testing, regression testing and other types of testing as appropriate in collaboration with both internal and external teams
Requirements
- strong communication skills
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- working cross functionally to deliver results
- proven experience as a QA Testing Manager or a similar role, with a focus on maturing the testing function
- extensive and proven Agile experience
- must have led testing experience in complex systems including both manual and automated
- expertise across functional, system, integration, and end to end testing
- strong knowledge of various testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including experience with test automation tools
