Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- as a residential support worker you will hold responsibility for working closely alongside the Team leaders and management team
- there will be lots of room for career growth for the right candidates
- the role requires you to be confident in basic computer skills
- we require people who are able to fit into our established team and a sense of humour is a must
- as we are a relatively new organisation with over 50 years experience within the small management team, you will also be valued and listened to in order to develop our company into several homes
- being a driver is preferred
- you do not need any experience working within a children's home but a passion to work with children and young people who may have faced adversity in their lives is essential
- you will be offered lots of on the job training and the opportunity to gain the Level 4 qualification for Looking After Children in a residential setting
