Requirements

  • proven experience as a Videographer/Editor
  • proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator
  • strong skills in video editing and post-production techniques
  • experience with photography is highly desirable
  • excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively

Responsibility

  • edit video footage using industry-standard software, including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
  • collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects
  • ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
  • conduct photography sessions as required to complement video projects
  • manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • capture high-quality video content for various projects; long form and short form. Mainly YouTube content for the agency as well as short form for instagram organic and ads
  • stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and editing

Responsibility

  • collaborate with the Operexx team to create compelling visual assets for diverse marketing campaigns
  • develop designs for social media ads, email marketing, organic content, and other promotional materials
  • edit and produce engaging video content to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, maintaining brand guidelines and client specifications
  • actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and innovative solutions
  • demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion
  • embrace opportunities to learn and grow, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business, including marketing strategies and client interactions

Requirements

  • proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • strong design portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and styles
  • experience in social media ad design, email marketing, and video editing
  • familiarity with Envato Elements or similar design resources is a plus
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field
