Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • your duties will involve greeting and directing visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks
  • as a receptionist for an aluminium window and door company, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support
  • you will be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors, and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional company image
  • welcoming Visitors: Greet and welcome clients, suppliers, and other visitors with a warm and professional demeanour. Provide information and assistance as required, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • managing Incoming Calls: Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Respond to inquiries, direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • proficiency in using office software
  • attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
