Responsibility
your duties will involve greeting and directing visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks
as a receptionist for an aluminium window and door company, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support
you will be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors, and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional company image
welcoming Visitors: Greet and welcome clients, suppliers, and other visitors with a warm and professional demeanour. Provide information and assistance as required, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
managing Incoming Calls: Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously. Respond to inquiries, direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational and time management skills
proficiency in using office software
attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
