Requirements
- qualified tax manager / advisor
- practice or industry hands-on experience
- well-rounded individual with strong corporate tax background and exposure to other taxes desirable
- experience within / advising private-equity backed businesses is desirable
- exposure to international groups with a US-presence desirable
