- follow up on abandoned online sales via telephone and email
- being responsible for processing customer quotations and orders

- offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- working within established guidelines, particularly with product brands, and building up a strong product knowledge of timber doors and flooring
Requirements
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable speaking on the phone with a confident and polite telephone manner
- must be driven and be able to work independently
- A background in timber an/or flooring would be strongly preferred
- must be articulate and have good writing skills
- must have ability to perform essential functions of the job and meet daily deadlines
