Responsibility

  • taking inbound telephone calls, making outbound telephone calls and responding to customer email enquiries
  • follow up on abandoned online sales via telephone and email
  • being responsible for processing customer quotations and orders
  • answering queries from customers via email
  • liaising with internal departments
  • management of own KPI's and targets
  • offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • working within established guidelines, particularly with product brands, and building up a strong product knowledge of timber doors and flooring

Requirements

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • comfortable speaking on the phone with a confident and polite telephone manner
  • must be driven and be able to work independently
  • A background in timber an/or flooring would be strongly preferred
  • must be articulate and have good writing skills
  • must have ability to perform essential functions of the job and meet daily deadlines
