ONE TWENTY is looking for employees for positions:
- bar Staff
- provide excellent service by greeting customers promptly, answering questions, and providing drinks according to customers' preferences
- clean bar area including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- follow proper food and drink handling procedures at all times
- maintain a clean work area
- adhere to company safety rules and regulations
- maintain a positive attitude and work with other team members as part of a team to achieve company goals
- previous experience in restaurant serving or bartending is preferred but not necessary
- hospitality: 1 year
- customer Service: 1 year
- bartending: 1 year
- qualifications and knowledge
- social work, community education, or health and social care qualifications an advantage
- strong working knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- knowledge of addiction and recovery
- project scheduling and risk management, as well as regular reporting to the Board
- managing the business aspects of the bar, such as ordering stock, managing budgets and staff rotas
- hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to our customers
- creating effective rotas and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours
- ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation
- maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for customers and staff
- bar or nightclub management experience
- strong understanding of business management and accounting
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
