general Administration: Overseeing general office tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, handling incoming calls and emails, and maintaining records
financial Management: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and handling petty cash
dispatch Support: Collaborating with our dispatch team to ensure efficient coordination of drivers and prompt response to customer requests
human Resources: Assisting with HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
office Organization: Implementing and maintaining office organization systems to optimize efficiency

Requirements
previous experience in management, administration, or a related field or enthusiastic to take on and learn the role
strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail
excellent verbal and written communication abilities
proficiency in using standard office software
customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
knowledge of the local area and taxi industry is a plus but not mandatory
