- this exciting new prospect offers a range of training and development as well as on site parking
- manage a team of 10 executives to deliver an exceptional customer journey from start to finish
- ensure the team is delivering and meeting the SLA’s
- retain & identify sales opportunities
- managing the key KPI’s of the team whilst identifying and coaching those that report to you
- as the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the department, maintaining a high level of customer care at all times
- to provide exceptional support to the Customer Operations Department
- oversee the day-to-day operational functions including operational reporting, building relationship with third parties and handling escalated calls
