Education
- mechanical or Electrical Engineer Degree
- proven experience developing new techniques and processes associated with maintenance of manufacturing equipment for improved operating efficiency and maintenance cost reduction
- must have proven experience in a maintenance department role involved in supervision and cost related role
- knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and its benefit
- problem solving skills to identify and correct plant issues and deficiencies
- able to work in a team as well as individually
- must be equally effective in communication with senior management and operation level employees
- must have 3+ years’ experience in a maintenance department role involved in supervision and cost related role
