• develop and embed a risk management framework allowing identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting the risk and measure the management of the exposure

• carry out ad hoc work as instructed by the Senior Compliance Manager and Regional Compliance Officer, EMEA

Requirements

• experience working for a Broker
• an understanding of P&I, Lloyds market or other specialist insurance industry knowledge
• risk/Compliance experience

• good knowledge of FCA handbook and regulations
• compliance experience - monitoring, reviewing and duties
• european experience is a bonus - particularly Portugal or Italy
