- the BFPO is part of Defence Equipment & Support
- monitoring and maintaining the flow of mail into and out of the Delivery Mail Centre
- sorting and despatching mail, both internally and externally
- auditing, recording, and maintaining accurate accounts documentation
- conducting item security checks, account balancing and reconciliation up to 3 times daily
- customer service – Supervised Practitioner Level
- consulting with industry partners to ensure the best possible service is provided
- making evidence-based decisions – Supervised Practitioner

Requirements
- hold a Full UK manual transmission driving licence
- evidence of working independently and as part of a team
- experience of a strong customer focus, and stakeholder engagement
- intermediate IT skills and proficiency in use of MS Office 365 applications
- experience of working in a supervisory role
- there is a requirement to lift mail items weighing up to 11kg unaided, and up to 30kg with assistance
