OGILVIE CONSTRUCTION is looking for employees for positions:
- managing the cleaning of allocated offices, open plan, reception and any other general areas
- clean allocated kitchen and toilet areas
- mop kitchen floor
- empty and clean kitchen bins
- empty and refill dishwasher and put on once daily
- monitor office cleaning supplies and request orders to be placed
- hoover carpets in all offices, open spaces and corridors
- clean desks, phones, trays, computers, chair legs/bases, picture frames, window ledges, photocopy equipment
- professionally recognised qualifications
- design management experience with major contractor
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to provide leadership to deliver design process within project cost parameter
- support the bidding team to achieve commercially attractive tender solutions
- manage the design process through internal and external review and approval gateways and submissions
- ongoing maintenance of OneNote Records
- confirm Tender programme viability with key subcontractors
- maintain full change log records, for all programmes, as per Planning Process
- produce design, work package, procurement, and statutory approvals programmes
- actively participate in tender workshops and bring in “lessons learned” from previous tenders
- participate in preparing presentations and attending interviews
- processing / raising sales invoices
- preparing weekly & monthly sales reports
- credit control
- processing / posting receipts and payments as per bank statements
- process monthly timesheets
- company banking
- organise internal debtor meetings
- collate monthly sales information
