Requirements
- experience in leading and motivating a team in a fast moving ever changing environment which includes some remote working
- cash and banking experience in a multi site retail environment
- flexible, hard working, inquisitive, dynamic
- able to work on own initiative with limited supervision
- experience of working within a finance department dealing with revenue and cash processes, including; bank reconciliations and double entry bookkeeping
- quick thinking trouble shooter willing to go outside of own area to support problem solving
- working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft packages
- able to create and work with complex spreadsheets
Responsibility
- lead the Cash & Bank / Credit Control work stream for UKI
- manage reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit card transactions including new payment methods
- manage operational cash processes with Ops. Cash banking, cash collection, coin provision
- support and develop team via Team Lead & Credit Controller
- responsible for fortnightly active cash management submissions, timely and accurate creation for review with HOTF & FD prior to submission
