Responsibility

  • KDB+ Development: Design, develop, and maintain KDB+ solutions for real-time and historical data analysis, supporting trading and analytics systems
  • data Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into KDB+ databases, ensuring data quality and reliability
  • query Optimisation: Develop and optimise complex queries to extract insights and generate real-time and historical reports
  • system Monitoring: Implement monitoring tools to ensure the stability and performance of KDB+ systems
  • data Feeds: Manage and enhance data feeds and connectivity to external systems and data providers
  • data Storage: Design and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms in KDB+

Requirements

  • experience in working within the Capital Markets industry is highly desirable
  • proficiency in data integration and data quality management
  • strong knowledge of real-time and historical data analysis
  • kdb+: 2 years
  • query optimisation expertise and experience with large data sets
  • experience with data feeds, connectivity, and external data providers
  • problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced financial environment
