Responsibility

  • assuming responsibility for administrating legislative changes and communicating to the business
  • manage the interface of data between our HR and payroll softwares
  • running monthly journals from our payroll system for Finance
  • maintaining a documented backup plan for payroll processing, ensuring a designated individual within the HR team can manage payroll functions
  • taking full responsibility for processing and reporting benefit changes as well as reviewing benefit invoices and premiums
  • preparing all data for the annual benefit renewal process, working with our benefit providers to meet their requirements
  • managing start to finish in-house UK payroll for circa 400 employees, including setting up and managing a modified payroll for our UK expats, ensuring compliance with current revenue legislation and our policies
  • undertaking sole responsibility to manage our pension schemes and required submissions, reporting and auditing

Requirements

  • full CIPP qualification preferred
  • ADP iHCM2 experience is essential
  • experience working in Payroll and Benefits for at least 5 years
  • strong Microsoft appliance skills , Google suite experience is also a bonus
