OCEAN COMPASS GROUP is looking for employees for positions:
- to operate to the agreed budget monitor trends and be able to identify corrective action if necessary
- action plans are completed following Pupil/Staff satisfaction surveys
- identify any additional opportunities to enhance/develop the service we provide and discuss with line manager
- ensure waste bins are maintained and removed when full
- communicate regularly with client
- communicate any on site client changes to line manager
- identify any additional opportunities and discuss with line manager
- consult with employees under your control, other contractors sharing the site and Clients on HSE matters
- ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained
- implement all relevant HSE procedures within the unit and review them as appropriate
- action plans are completed following client satisfaction surveys
- ensure all client hospitality is delivered to the correct standard
