Responsibility

  • participate in the administrative and professional responsibilities of the practice team
  • partake in audit as directed by the audit lead
  • practice as an independent prescriber working within scope of practice
  • ensure accurate and legible notes of all consultations and treatments are recorded in the patient’s notes
  • provide education on medicines for the clinical team
  • carry out face-to-face and telephone consultations with patients with minor illnesses
  • ensure the clinical computer system is kept up to date, with accurate details recorded and amended
  • review the latest guidance ensuring the practice conforms to NICE, CQC etc

Requirements
