Responsibility

• this position is subject to references and DBS checking
• applicants to have had previous catering experience/qualifications and be capable of preparing quality nutritious meals for up to 30 elderly residential clients, Experience working in a Care Setting would be an advantage but not a necessity
• the candidate must have the ability to maintain all documentation relating to kitchen standards and compliance, be able to menu plan and order stock and ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met
