ensure that food served observes the Allergy
maintain Record Keeping and Food Hygiene standards as set out by the Food Standards Agency
maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with Care Staff
be proactive in seeking feedback from Residents and in supporting Menu Choices
prepare daily menu including cooked breakfast option, Lunch , afternoon tea and Supper (including homemade soup, one hot choice, sandwich option and two dessert options
Requirements
catering Diploma and NVQ 2/3 in practical cookery and Health and Safety
food Hygiene Certificates are essential
A successful candidate must enjoy working as part of a team. Working in Care requires a friendly and approachable dementor. You should have a sense of pride in their work and take personal satisfaction from bringing happiness to others through food
