Responsibility

  • act as first point of contact for all internal and external communication, demonstrating professionalism and knowledge of the business
  • provide administrative support to the St Albans team, related to purchase ordering, quote logs, client information forms and client record management
  • proactively liaise with management regarding purchase orders, deliveries, sales and ordering of Fleet
  • due to expediential growth in our business, we have an exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a Part Time Operations Support Administrator to join our team based in St Albans
  • handle, resolve and record customer enquiries and queries in a timely manner
  • to undertake any other duties that may be required within the area of your responsibility
  • update subcontractor an other databases as necessary
  • proactvely liaise with management regarding purchase orders, deliveries, sales and ordering of equipment

Requirements

  • previous experience in an Administrative Support role
  • previous experince and knowledge of database and systems
