Responsibility

  • monitor and control Holiday and Sick Pay across the business
  • close the weekly payroll and ensure all data are transmitted on time
  • maintain the payroll system, ensuring accuracy is always maintained
  • support the managing director and accountant with payroll administration and maintenance
  • ensure that the Payroll function operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis
  • perform Payroll audit checks
  • emailing clients and staff for various documentation
  • preparation of weekly / fortnightly / four-weekly / monthly and annual payrolls, within tight deadlines
