close the weekly payroll and ensure all data are transmitted on time
maintain the payroll system, ensuring accuracy is always maintained
support the managing director and accountant with payroll administration and maintenance
ensure that the Payroll function operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis
perform Payroll audit checks
emailing clients and staff for various documentation
preparation of weekly / fortnightly / four-weekly / monthly and annual payrolls, within tight deadlines
