Responsibility

  • the main duties of the role will include
  • to provide a pro-active, effective and efficient comprehensive receptionist/admin service ensuring high quality and timely communications
  • to greet patient’s staff and visitors who come to the reception desk and provide information and assistance where appropriate
  • to arrange taxi transport via online booking system for wards and departments in the South sector of the Trust
  • an exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Limited, in the role of 19 hour Weekend Receptionist based at Hopewood Park Hospital, Saturday 8.00am -6.00pm, Sunday 8.00am – 6.00pm inc Bank Holidays
  • dealing with patients and members of the public both face to face and over the telephone who are distressed or agitated
  • the suitably experienced person will work as part of a multi-disciplinary Facilities team across several main sites covering Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear
  • the position will be predominately based at Hopewood Park hospital, but there may be a requirement to cover at our Monkwearmouth site
