work with the Construction and Scheduling teams to identify and plan OFCI requirements on new and existing NTT GDC campuses
develop and manage an OFCI requirements document inc. standardised RACI, ensuring NTT GDC EMEA quantify, contract, and novate complete packages to our GC partners
support development of standardized maintenance and critical spare requirements for each equipment set inc. opportunities to maximise synergies and savings across EMEA
your Profile
own OFCI risk management through the lifecycle from pre-con to handover, including managing OFCI vendor escalation and internal SME support for unforeseen technical issues as and when encountered during the delivery phase
bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, Relevant professional certifications
