- you’ll work with the Sales and Operational teams to achieve Profit, Price Targets and Volume whilst carefully monitoring customer ordering patterns

- here at Pilkington we’re now seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Customer Services team at our Nottingham branch
- reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the Sales Administrator will support the current office team and help maintain and improve customer service. You’ll work as part of a team and be responsible for delivering excellent customer service
- you’ll contribute to the receipt, processing ad delivery of all orders for the branch and work with the Customer Services Manager to receive, process and resolve all customer claims and complaints through the claims and complaints management system
- this role has the potential to influence the successful supply to customers of Pilkington Nottingham, and impact on cost effect operations within the Architectural UK & Ireland business
