- process sub-contractors’ applications for payment
- review sub-contractors’ variations
- attend contract review meetings and present the commercial review report
- agree final accounts
- monitor their progress and performance and issue notices as appropriate

Responsibility

- produce a full suite of sub-contract documents for all packages
- agree the final account as soon as possible
- ensure that our rights are protected by the issue and following up of any delay notices and/or extension of time requests
- monitor the programme and performance on an ongoing basis
- ensure the appropriate levels of health and safety are maintained
