- your initial responsibilities will include
- managing the stores and production area, including keeping the area tidy and organised
- be responsible to produce all orders and develop skills in despatching goods and arranging deliveries
- placing purchase orders for materials, ensuring we have what’s required & on time

- proven experience in a joinery, woodworking, or assembly role
- proficient in using power tools with a focus on precision and safety
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings or assembly instructions

- understanding of workshop health and safety standards
- flexibility to work 2–4 days a week, depending on workload and project requirements

- framework Assembly: Precisely assemble aluminium and wooden frameworks for plant display tables, ensuring durability and alignment
- tool Operation: Use power tools, including drills, saws, and sanders, to cut, shape, and finish materials accurately and safely
- material Preparation: Measure, prepare, and handle materials to meet design and project specifications
- quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet the required standards
- problem-Solving: Identify and resolve assembly challenges while maintaining efficiency and quality
