- produce draft monthly reporting pack for review by the FD
- produce consolidated P&L and Balance sheet using Joiin and Xero
- monthly balance sheet reconciliation identifying any relevant risks and investigating any anomalies Revenue and gross margin analysis
- monthly overhead report with an explanation of variances
- monthly calculation and posting of deferred income, accruals and prepayments

- assist the Office Manager with Project Administration
- ensure that the relevant administrative tasks are undertaken for the Project Management System
- maintain & manage a database of existing Service/Maintenance clients
- plan & Co-ordinate Client Inspection Schedule Calendar & Bookings
- manage Inspection Reports - Publish & File including Warranty Certificates
- manage Inspection Reports – Publish & File including Warranty Certificates
- raise/Issue work sheets/inspection forms to Service/Maintenance personnel
- arrange accommodation for Service/Installation crews when working away
- assist the Office Manager with Project Administration
- ensure that the relevant administrative tasks are undertaken for the Project Management System
