Responsibility

  • first point of contact for prospective residents and team members
  • an ambassador for the care home, ie. showing people around Collingwood Court Care Home and integrating with the local community
  • managing the enquiry database
  • setting up overseeing all administration systems to include residents agreements, team members contracts & E Learning
  • good financial background, ie. Invoicing, purchase ledger, payroll etc
