Responsibility

  • we’re looking for a caretaker with a keen eye for detail to look after our growing portfolio of city centre properties
  • working to set timeframes whilst also managing your own time and that of your team efficiently
  • conducting routine planned and ad hoc cleaning tasks
  • reporting any issues to the Cleaning Manager
  • monitor, log and maintain stock levels
  • supervise and train the team members on site
  • lead by example at all times
  • cover sick /Holidays

  • previous cleaning experience essential, preferably a minimum of 5 years’
  • previous experience supervising a team is essential
