- proficiency in soldering, pipe threading, rigging, fabricating, plasma cutting, and forklift operation is preferred
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues
- good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- previous experience in welding or a related field is preferred but not required
