- monitor, support, and advise a small group of Young People
- provide Feedback, Supervision, and Guidance to Support Workers within your team
- daily Logs, Monthly Reports, and Incident Reports
- regular monthly supervision by a qualified and experienced social worker
- position: Deputy Manager for Teenage Children within 24/7 Staffed Semi Independent Supported Accommodation
- all daily logs and reporting on an easy to use bespoke IT system
- pay: £28,000 - £31,000 per year
- cleaning communal areas
Requirements
- valid DBS dated in past 12 months
- NVQ Level 4 or higher in Health and Social Care or relevant qualification
- 2 years professional experience working with children / Care Leavers aged 16-18
- relevant experience in a Manager or Team Lead position within Children's Social Care
- knowledge of OFSTED requirements is an advantage
- social Work: 2 years
