receiving and processing enquiries and sales orders
estimating and pricing customer enquiries
verifying orders, including customers' personal information, and ensuring that they are processed correctly for manufacturing
verifying orders, and ensuring that they are processed correctly for manufacturing
contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and to provide exceptional customer service
maintaining and updating sales and customer records
compiling management information
expediting orders through internal liaison
Requirements
previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role, would be beneficial but not essential
exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
knowledge of administrative record keeping
excellent written and verbal communication skills
experience of Sage software is desirable but not essential, as training will be given
