Requirements
- proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software applications
- familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- experience as a IT Engineer, networking engineer or in a similar role
- ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibility
- build and maintain all IT equipment and networks
- assist in delivering scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms like GCP
- collaborate with software developers and other teams to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve deployment processes
- support the design and implementation of efficient CI/CD pipelines, automating software builds, testing, and deployment
- operate and manage 24/7 IT support
- implement and manage containerisation technologies such as Docker
- monitor system and network performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- continuously enhance networking and security measures, ensuring data protection, connection and system integrity
