Responsibility

  • the Advice Centre Manager will be responsible for managing our Digital service which includes Advice Line, Emails and Webchat
  • the role includes responsibilities of supervising, supporting and managing Volunteers and staff within the team
  • the role is based in Norwich and may incorporate some home working where possible
  • they will also be responsible for the administrative and reporting functions to ensure our telephone and online Services are the best they can be
