Responsibility
- represent Niche Website Builders during the onboarding process to ensure clients feel welcomed and to discuss their keyword research needs
- utilise Zendesk to liaise with clients regarding their keyword research plans
- recommend strategic changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for keyword topics
- work closely with content teams to support these strategies
- support the Keyword Research Team Leader to provide unique keyword strategies and outstanding service to long-term subscription clients
- utilise tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush to produce quality keyword research plans for clients
- take responsibility within the customer strategy team to define content plans that will provide the foundations for growth of our customers website and brand
- manage a team of SEO Specialists
