Responsibility
- project planning and delivery of new channels and initiatives, including leadership webcasts/Skype calls, forums and other mediums, as agreed
- create and deliver the Group-wide internal communications plan, appropriately representing all areas of the business to reflect one team culture. Working with representatives from each business area
- develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to understand their communications needs and to include the content from their part of the Group
- create and manage ongoing rolling 12-month internal communications calendar, ensuring it is always up-to-date for Group and its businesses. Ensure smooth and timely delivery of internal communications activity
- lead and manage the timely, relevant content flow of stories from across the Group and businesses to be included in the appropriate internal communications channels
- working with stakeholders and content plan, produce copy for key leaders, business areas and projects, as needed, ensuring alignment with one-story narrative, brand and to appropriate sign-off process
- managing a small team and working alongside other internal communications colleagues e.g. web and events, ensuring the reputation for strong internal communications across the Group
Requirements
- three years internal communications experience
- managing a team
- good project management ability
- strong stakeholder management skills
- skilled communicator and writer
- marketing or Communications: 2 years
