Responsibility

  • write clear and user-friendly documentation for SaaS end-users
  • draft, review, edit, and proof documentation for new feature releases and updates
  • uphold content guidelines, including terminology and tone of voice
  • contribute to the development of new user assistance content
  • work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
