assist service users with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, medication administration, and meal preparation

monitor and report any changes in service users' physical, emotional, and mental health to the relevant healthcare professionals
promote a safe and secure environment for service users by identifying and reporting any potential risks or hazards

Requirements
